A restaurant in Fukuoka City, Kyusyu District (southernmost of the four main islands of Japan). The client, which has long supported Kyushu's food industry and is celebrating its 50th anniversary, has adopted the concept of "Made in KYUSHU - Creation and transmission of Kyushu's food culture" in order to establish a new corporate image.
The vision of "Made in KYUSHU" exists in the architecture of the "Yamaya Sohonten" as a concept that extends to every detail of the architecture, landscape, cuisine, and hospitality, all aimed at creating a space where visitors can experience the food, ingredients, and culture of Kyushu.
