As medical technology gets increasingly connected and complex, our customers rely more and more on different and fragmented sources of information and data to do their work when maintaining hospital systems. In order solve this need we bring a harmonized digital service experience to our hospital technical users so they can access all Philips service and support information in the hospital and on-the-go through a modular and omnichannel platform. By using a modular approach we can iteratively evolve the modules based on direct user feedback, that helps us to build products that are based on deep user insights with a high quality experience.
