Coffee capsule brand identity
Nespresso’s Cafezinho do Brasil celebrates Brazilian cultural heritage. Regardless of social class, color, belief, or culture, coffee plays a big role in all Brazilian homes and rituals from north to south. This branding project was based on a key visual and various capsule packaging styles and was applied to all assets, including large activations and events. Through a combination of shapes, patterns, and colors, the designers captured the iconic elements of Brazilian culture without resorting to stereotypical representations. One of the brand design’s biggest inspirations was Athos Bulcão, a Brazilian artist of rare sensitivity.
