Shenzhen, a rapidly developing city in China, is transforming its Nanshan District into a modern, international, and innovative urban area. The district’s street lighting system is being upgraded with a design called “Sustainable urban solar street lighting,” which is sustainable, modular, intelligent, and environmentally adaptable. Inspired by tree growth, the design is flexible and cost-effective, and it uses photovoltaic power to save energy. The unique design also helps to keep the cityscape tidy and comfortable.
