This is a pan made for modern Chinese kitchens, suitable for Chinese style cooking. The use of integral casting moulding, combined with high-temperature nitriding technology, makes it robust, wear-resistant and rust-resistant. Its structural design allows rapid heat conduction and uniform heating while reducing oil smoke. The arc-shaped bottom of the pan is designed for better oil accumulation and easier to stir-frying. With a natural beechwood handle, it boasts a simple style. Both the lid and the pot body can "stand upright" on the countertop, which is another highlight. It saves space and is easy for storage. The temperature-sensitive silicone ring design at the handle will change from dark purple to bright red when the temperature goes beyond 45℃, thus allows safer cooking at ease.
