Identity Design For Children’s Museum of Iksan
Identity Design
Iksan National Museum, located next to the Mireuksa Temple Site, is planning to launch Korea’s first ICT-based digital children’s museum. The museum wanted to give the project a strong and unique visual identity by recreating the Mireuksa Temple's pagoda in pixels. Pixels contain the connection between history and the future through the keyword light and act as a metaphor that expresses the characteristics of an ICT-based museum. In addition, a visual identity composed of pixels can be used for other museum content as a flexible identity. It also functions as a way to help children become more familiar and interested in the museum and history of Iksan.
