The project offers residents a unique living experience with stunning views and functional spaces, as well as a sense of tranquility and comfort. Additional to its user-centric design This project strikes a balance between luxury and moderation, setting it apart from similar developments. The Laurus Project addresses a key architectural challenge: the building's smaller entrance floor and larger lower floor, featuring living areas and a garden entrance. Given that residents enter on the floor with bedrooms, creating an inviting living space was vital. The solution lies in the thoughtful design of the atrium, stairs, and open-plan living area.
